About cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar tools, such as local storage, session storage and tracking pixels, work in much the same way, so we list them here too.
Categories
- Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect our forms and remember your privacy choice. They always run.
- Analytics help us understand how the site is used and fix what gets in the way, including our own masked session recordings.
- Advertising let Meta, Google and Pinterest measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested.
Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland get analytics and advertising only after opting in. Everywhere else they run by default until you opt out, and a Global Privacy Control signal turns advertising off.

Durations for third-party cookies are the providers' published defaults and can change. Our payment processor sets its own cookies on its hosted payment pages, under its own policy.
Server-side events
When you become a lead, our server can also tell Meta through its Conversions API, with hashed (scrambled) contact details. This follows the same choice as the browser pixel: it is not sent if advertising is off for you, if you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland and have not opted in, or if your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
Managing your choices
Use at the bottom of any page to accept, reject or fine-tune analytics and advertising. If you withdraw a choice, the page reloads so those trackers stop. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though signing in needs essential cookies to work.
